We know many of you will understandably be concerned about recent incidents that have been occurring across the country.

We want to reassure you that we do not tolerate any acts of disorder, violence and discrimination of any form. We are taking necessary steps to help ensure the safety of all our customers, communities and colleagues.

If you need to report a crime or urgent incident call the police straight away on 999. If it's not urgent, call the police on 101.

If you’ve contacted the police, afterwards please also report criminal activities to our Anti-Social Behaviour Team. We can't prosecute crimes, but we work with the police to make our communities safer. When you contact us, please share the case number or the crime reference number that the police gave you.


For non-criminal or urgent incidents where someone is doing something that is making it difficult for you to enjoy your home, please report it as an anti-social behaviour incident to us. You can:
