When life is especially challenging, our supported housing gives you a secure home in a caring community. We offer safe spaces and services to help you keep or regain your independence.
Our thoughtfully-designed self-contained homes have communal facilities where residents can spend time and socialise. You can be active and independent, knowing support is on hand if needed.
Our hostel offers people over 18 a safe place to stay and a programme of support to help you move off the streets permanently.
You'll have your own support worker to help you deal with the cause of your homelessness. Residents can stay for up to 9 months, then we help you to find a new home. Some of our support services are available to non-residents too.
Our long-term supported housing is for people with mild to moderate learning disabilities, enabling you to live as independently as possible.
The self-contained apartments have communal gardens and lounges. You'll get support according to your needs and you will have access to 24-hour emergency advice and support.
As well as offering adapted accommodation in our Retirement Living housing developments, we also have supported housing for adults with physical disabilities. The apartments are designed for wheelchair users and can be adapted for other physical disabilities.
All our residents can get support with managing finances and living independently.
In our supported housing, we help vulnerable 16 to 25-year-olds develop the life skills you need to live independently. Besides a safe home, you'll get support with finding work, getting back into education, reconnecting with family, and dealing with finances. Residents can usually stay here for 18 or 24 months, then we'll help you to find a new home.
