Our Anti-social Behaviour Resolution Team
Dawn Wightman, A2Dominion’s Director of Customer and Communities, said:
"We know repeated incidents of ASB can really disrupt daily life.
“Last year our specialist team worked with our partners, including the police and local councils, to help 565 customers manage a range of issues, such as aggression, harassment, and violence.
“We responded to 97% of reports within 48 hours, making sure customers got support when they needed it most.
“By raising awareness of what ASB is and how to report it, we want to make your communities and homes safer.”
Supporting Antony through anti-social behaviour
Antony, an A2Dominion customer from Acton, faced anti-social behaviour after a new neighbour moved into his building. Antony experienced ongoing criminal damage in the building, and threatening behaviour, which affected not only him but also other residents in the building.
Antony initially tried to resolve the issue by speaking with his neighbour directly and contacting the police, but the situation didn’t improve.
Kathy Riley, our ASB Resolution Manager, worked closely with Antony, offering guidance and practical support throughout the process. She coordinated with the police and other partners to ensure the case was properly reviewed.
Although the issue is still ongoing, A2Dominion has taken legal action and with a court order in place we're working towards a resolution.
Antony says he couldn’t have come this far without Kathy’s help.
He said: “I’m so grateful for everything Kathy has done for me. When we speak, she is so helpful, and she acts on issues.
“Since Kathy got involved, things haven’t been as bad. She’s helped me through the situation and has been brilliant.”
