We’re looking for customers to get involved with shaping and improving the services we deliver.

As part of our new Customer Involvement Programme, we’re asking residents to sign-up to take part in a range of activities.

This could involve things such as providing feedback on specific topics, reviewing our services and assessing our performance.

You don’t need any previous experience to get involved, just a desire to improve our services and make a difference.

Getting involved is also a great way to meet new people, gain valuable experience, and boost your work-related skills.

What types of roles are on offer?

There’s a range of ways to get involved. We’ll match you with opportunities that suit your interests, skills and the time you have available. The roles we have include:

  • Taking part in surveys

  • Providing feedback on a specific topic or service

  • Inspecting our annual self-assessment of our performance against standards set by our regulator

  • Reviewing our policies

  • Carrying out quality assurance checks on our work.

What experience do I need to have?
