This summer, we’re supporting families across our communities with a wide range of free and low-cost activities, which includes food support, and wellbeing services.
Whether you're looking for fun things to do with the kids, a helping hand with your meals or someone to talk to, we’re here for you.

Fun activities for children and families

Ealing

  • Sonshine Smiles Summer Camps (ages 8 to 15): Free healthy activities and lunch, running from 28 July to 22 August at Havelock Children’s Centre and Green Man Lane.

  • Boxercise (ages 8 to 18): Weekly sessions for girls (6.45–7.30pm) and boys (7.30–8.15pm) every Wednesday at Green Man Lane.

  • Movie nights: Family-friendly films with popcorn every Friday evening from 8 August at Green Man Lane.

Hounslow

  • Children’s activities: Weekly sessions for children aged 15 and under at Cranford Community Hub, Cranford College, Hounslow High Street, TW5 9PD. Free and no booking required. Every Thursday, 2.30 to 4.00pm.

Oxford (Elmsbrook, Bicester)

  • Theatre skills workshop (ages 6–12): £2.00 per child, Wednesday 20 August.

  • Family crafting (ages 4+): £5.00 per adult, £2.00 per child, Sunday 10 August.

  • Forest School – Clay Creations: £5.00 per child, Friday 22 August (morning session for under 5s, afternoon for ages 5+).

  • Park rangers’ art session (ages 6–10): £2.00 per child, Wednesday 30 August.

  • Back to school wellbeing workshop (ages 8–12): £2.00 per child, Wednesday 27 August.

Chichester

  • Holiday sports: Family sports on The Green with Everyone Active and St Gerards Boxing Club, Thursday 21 August

Food support in your area

We’re working with partners like The Felix Project and UK Harvest to provide free food and hygiene products in:

  • Ealing: Weekly food distribution at Havelock and Green Man Lane, including Multibank items and fresh produce.

  • Hounslow: Food and advice at Cranford and Clayponds Community Centres, in partnership with Citizens’ Advice and local organisations.

  • Queen’s Park: Weekly food hub every Tuesday at the Beethoven Centre.

  • Chichester: Community food hub every other Thursday at Swanfield Park Community Centre.

  • Oxford: Community lunches and food support through local partners.

Big Impact Days

We hold our Big Impact Days throughout the year at various schemes. It’s an opportunity for A2Dominion customers to meet with staff and get small repairs fixed on the spot. No booking required.

  • Ealing: Wednesday 20 August, 10.00–2.00pm at Emerald Square, Southall, UB2 5JS

Wellbeing and mental health support

We know summer can be tough for some. That’s why we’re sharing where you can get year-round mental health support:

  • Safe Space (Ealing and Hounslow): Drop-in support for adults, 7 days a week, 2.00–10.00pm at the Lido Centre, W13 9LA.

  • Mind My Home (Spelthorne): Brief therapy for residents, available via self-referral or staff referral.

  • Staying Well (West Sussex): Crisis support hub for adults and carers, open evenings and weekends at Methold House, Worthing.

  • Safe Haven (Oxfordshire): Day and evening support for adults, available 365 days a year in Oxford and Banbury.

Adult wellbeing activities

Oxford (Elmsbrook, Bicester)

  • Yoga: Weekly sessions for adults every Wednesday, 6.30–7.30pm at Gagle Brook School. £2.00 for Elmsbrook residents, £7.00 non-subsidised.

  • Pilates: Weekly sessions for adults every Tuesday, 6.30–7.30pm at Gagle Brook School. £2.00 for Elmsbrook residents, £7.00 non-subsidised.

Chichester

  • Ladies’ boxing: Weekly sessions for adult females over 18, Tuesdays 6.00–7.00pm at Swanfield Park Community Centre.
