We let you know you earlier this year that after 10 years of our Enterprise Programme we were changing the format. The new online rolling programme will enable us to support even more budding entrepreneurs to make their business dreams a reality.
Dele Ryder, Partnerships and Fundraising Manager, said: “We invest each year into our business skills and jobs programmes to tackle inequality and create opportunities for customers to improve their life chances.
“The updated programme ensures that customers looking to set up their own business from home or in the community have access to flexible support through a range business and skills online classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced.”
Who is it for?
A2Dominion customers aged 18 and over who want to start their own business or want to take their business to the next level, with support from business experts.
Business in a Box is a series of online workshops, broken up into three levels. You only need to attend the workshops relevant to you and your business. Whether you have a business idea and don’t know where to begin, or you have started a business but need some support to take it to the next level we can help.

Beginners’ workshops
Three workshops covering the basics of starting a business, including:
- Creating a business plan
- Business essentials and financials
- Using social media and marketing
The beginners’ workshops are on Thursday evenings online, between 6pm and 9pm and start on Thursday 7 September.

Growth Lab
Three intermediate level workshops for those that are a little further along, covering topics including:
- Working on your customer value proposition
- Competitor research and analysis
- Greater depth business essentials and financials
Growth Lab sessions run on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays online between 6pm and 9pm and start on Monday 9 October.

Masterclasses
We’ll also be running f4 bitesize lunchtime workshops to take your business to the next level, covering topics including:
- Building a business brand
- Strategic planning
- Business networking
- Sales alchemy
Our Masterclasses run on Tuesdays online between 12.30pm and 1.15pm and the first one is on Tuesday 17 October.
