Our Customer Contact Centre will be closed from 5:30pm on Friday 5 May and will reopen at 8:30am on Tuesday 9 May.

Staff working in office

We expect to be busy after the bank holiday weekend so if your query isn’t urgent, please contact us towards the end of the week. We also have Help articles on our website that you may find useful.

Who do I contact?

During normal office hours, please call us on 0800 432 0077. For urgent repairs, you can contact our out-of-hours provider on 0800 316 9980.

You can also log non-urgent repairs via your My Account online portal.

What if I need to report Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB)?

The easiest way to report ASB is by logging into your My Account online portal and raising the issue online. You can get more information about ASB from our website.

If you have a serious ASB issue during this period, please report it to the police on 999. If it involves an illegal activity such as drug abuse, trespassing, violence or vandalism, please report it to the police and don’t attempt to deal with it yourself.
