Shout out about anti-social behaviour!

Your home

If you’ve experienced anti-social behaviour (ASB) in your home or building we want to hear from you. We’re looking for customers to tell us about their experiences and help us improve our ASB service.

ASB focus group

What is the focus group for?

There are 2 types of focus groups you can get involved in.

  1. A private meeting with our ASB manager
The first focus group is a private online meeting with our ASB manager where you can tell us about your personal experience(s) with ASB and provide feedback about how we handled your report.
  2. Quarterly focus groups
At the end of the private meeting, you then have the option to sign up to a quarterly online focus group with other residents. At these meetings, we’ll discuss common issues that most of our customers face. We’ll also ask you to give us your thoughts about how we manage ASB. This will help us improve how we support our customers when they report ASB.

How to get involved?

Let us know if you’d like to take part by emailing Judy Matthews, who’s part of our Anti-social Behaviour team, by Friday 5 August 2022.

How long will it take?

The private meeting will take 1 hour and the quarterly focus groups will take 1-2 hours. Both conversations will be friendly and honest. We’re interested in what you have to say, and we think the activity will be helpful for all of us.
