What we need
We’ll no longer be asking you about your household’s Covid-19 status when you contact us, but please let us know if anyone in your household has any Covid-19 symptoms or has tested positive for the virus when you book your appointments. If you have an appointment booked and then test positive for Covid-19, please get in touch with us to let us know so we can cancel your current appointment and reschedule it for you.
What we will do
Our staff and contractors will continue to ask if anyone in your household has Covid-19 when we visit your home, and before we enter. If you have tested positive for Covid-19 when we come to your door, please don’t forget to give us a call to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
How to request repairs
Our customer website is the best source of information about repairs and maintenance in the first instance.
If you need to request a repair, the fastest way to do it is via My Account. If you don’t have an account, you can set one up using the email address that we have on record for you. If we don’t have your email address on record, or we have a different address on record, please contact us by phone on 0800 432 0077 to get everything set up properly.
