Our Customer Contact Centre will be closed for Christmas from 17:30 on Friday 23 December until Monday 2 January 2023. We will reopen at 08:30 on Tuesday 3 January 2023.

Who do I contact?

For urgent repairs you can contact our out of hours provider on 0800 316 9880 from 17:30 on Friday 23 December through to 08:30 on Tuesday 3 January 2023.

You can log non-urgent repairs via your My Account online portal. Our team will be going through these between Wednesday 28 and Friday 30 December 2022.

We expect to be busy on Tuesday 3 January 2023. If your query is not urgent, you may want to call later in the week to avoid waiting in a queue.

What if I need to report ASB?

If you need to report anti-social behaviour (ASB) over the festive period, the easiest way to do it is by logging into your My Account and raising the issue online.

If you have a serious ASB issue over this period, please report it to the police on 999. If it involves illegal activity like drug abuse, trespassing, violence or vandalism, please report it to the police and don’t attempt to address it yourself.
