During normal office hours, please call us on 0800 432 0077. For urgent repairs, you can contact our out-of-hours provider on 0800 316 9980.
You can log non-urgent repairs via your My Account online portal.
What if I need to report ASB?
If you need to report anti-social behaviour (ASB) over the Easter period, the easiest way to do it is by logging into your My account and raising the issue online.
If you have a serious ASB issue over this period, please report it to the police on 999. If it involves illegal activity like drug abuse, trespassing, violence or vandalism, please report it to the police and don’t attempt to address it yourself.
