What is the focus group for?
We’d like to get your thoughts on one of our most important publications - our customer annual report. We’re keen to know what you find interesting and would like to hear more about, what you think of the length of the report, your opinions on the design and much more.
When will it take place?
We are hosting 2 focus groups in late April and need volunteers to represent all our customer and home types. Each person will only need to attend one focus group. You can let us know if you’re available on one or both dates using the online form below.

Where will it take place?
The focus groups will be hosted online by professional facilitators using Zoom online meeting software. If you are selected to participate, the facilitators will send you a link to the online meeting, together with instructions about how to join the session. If you have never used Zoom before, don’t worry, we will support you.
How long will it take?
The focus groups will take 75 minutes. Each group will be a friendly and interactive conversation, and we think you’ll enjoy it.
What will I need to do?
Before you attend the focus group, we’ll need you to take a look at last year’s Customer Annual Report online. Then on the day, we’ll simply ask you to answer some questions and be honest about what you think.

How can I take part?
Let us know through this short survey which day or days you are available and, if you’re selected to participate, the focus group facilitators will be in touch to arrange it all. Don’t forget that at the end of the session, we’ll give you a £50 cash incentive as a big thank you!
