Who do I contact?
For urgent repairs, you can contact our out-of-hours provider on 0800 316 9980 from midday on Friday 24 December through to 8:30am on Tuesday 4 January 2022.
You can log non-urgent repairs via your My Account online portal.
We’ll be available for urgent queries, non-repair related, from 29 to 31 December, 9am–5pm.
We expect to be busy on Tuesday 4 January 2022. If your query is not urgent, you may want to call later in the week to avoid waiting in a queue.
What if I need to report ASB?
If you need to report anti-social behaviour (ASB) over the festive period, the easiest way to do it is by logging into My account and raising the issue online.
If you have a serious ASB issue over this period, please report it to the police on 999. If it involves illegal activity like drug abuse, trespassing, violence or vandalism, please report it to the police and don’t attempt to address it yourself.
