Could you be our next apprentice?

Communities

Being an apprentice is more than just running around the streets of London completing ridiculous challenges, before throwing your fellow contestants under the bus in front of Alan Sugar.

A2Dominion apprentice Bella Allen

It’s a great way to kick-start your career, earn while you learn and gain invaluable skills to hold you in good stead, no matter where the road may take you.

We’re currently accepting applications for our apprenticeship programme, as well as placing apprentices with three of our partner organisations, so if you want to start climbing the career ladder, now is your chance.

We’ve had 28 apprentices work with us since 2012, and many of them have gone on to secure permanent roles with us and continue to be key parts of our teams.

Bella is an apprentice currently working with our Housing team, and she told us why she wanted to join our programme.

Bella’s story

“Doing an apprenticeship appealed to me because it meant that I could earn money while getting on-the-job training and experience, rather than going to college or uni and racking up debt.

“When I saw that A2Dominion were looking for people, I jumped at the chance because they’re close to me in Ealing, but I also liked the social value side of the business.

“I’d like to run my own business one day, helping and rehabilitating ex-offenders and people who may otherwise struggle to fit into society. Seeing how A2Dominion provide support for their residents is really inspiring and something I can take with me on my career journey.

“I’ve mostly been working with the Community Investment team, but it’s been great getting to see how different parts of the Housing team work. Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming too – whether over Zoom or in person!

“I’m really interested in the digital marketing side of business, so it’s great that they’ve given me the chance to work on digital projects and see how the digital team go about their day to day.

“I’d definitely recommend doing an apprenticeship, because there’s so much more to it. You’re not sitting listening to people go on and on about things – you’re actually out there doing it, and getting paid for it!"

Do you want to follow in Bella’s footsteps?
