Why get online?

The world has never been more connected. We have information, services and communication tools at our fingertips whenever we want them. For many of us, getting online is as much a part of our day as brushing our teeth. But it isn’t easy for everyone.

Maybe the internet didn’t come along until later in life or getting access to a computer or smartphone has been difficult. Others might know how to use the internet and have the right equipment but lack the confidence to do things like online banking.

Manage your home online

We want our customers to feel digitally literate so they can connect with us online. It’s the easiest way to manage your A2Dominion home. Register and sign into your online account and you can:

  • Request a repair
  • Check your statements
  • Make payments online
  • Update your details
  • Report antisocial behaviour
  • And much more!

Support for your friend or family member is only a click away! Drop our Digital Inclusion Coordinator a quick email with their details and we'll be in touch with the tools to get them online in no time.

Help your community get online

If you would like to share your knowledge and support others to get online, you could volunteer to be a digital champion. Being a digital champion is about encouraging others to understand the benefits of being online and how to connect in this way.

You don’t need to be a technical expert, you simply need to:

  • Have a bit of spare time
  • Enjoy being online yourself
  • Be passionate about helping others
  • Be over the age of 18

It’s also a lovely way to meet people and a great skill to add to your CV. We’ll provide you with everything you need, including free online courses and resources to support you.

How to get involved

If you want to help a loved one get online, or you’re thinking about volunteering to be a digital champion, call us on 0800 432 0077 or send us an email, providing your full name, address and phone number. We look forward to hearing from you!
