We are doing our best to maintain business as usual as much as possible, but we’ve made a few changes to follow the UK Government’s advice around coronavirus.
Customer contact centre
Our customer contact centre staff are doing an amazing job despite a large increase in the number of calls we’re receiving. We understand - you have lots of questions about coronavirus and how this affects you, your housing and our services. A couple of things to note:
- Our Live Chat function is now available again.
- Please contact us if you have a confirmed case of coronavirus or have been told to self-isolate.
Repairs
- Our customer website is the best source of information about requesting a repair or maintenance in the first instance.
- If you need to request a repair the fastest way to do it is via My Account. If you don’t have an account, you will have the option to set one up using the email address that we have on record for you. If we don’t have your email address on record, or we have a different address on record, please contact us by phone to get everything set up properly.
- If anyone in your home is self-isolating, the repair job will be scheduled for the end of your quarantine period.
- Please let us know if you have a confirmed case of coronavirus or have been told to self-isolate.
Care & Support
- Our care and support services are temporarily restricted to essential visitor access only. We are taking this approach to minimise the risk of contracting and/or spreading coronavirus.
- Our staff have been fully briefed about minimising risk, including use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and hand sanitiser.
- In time we may need to further reduce the level of services we provide. If these changes affect you, our staff will talk to you individually and help you plan accordingly.
- Please let us know if you have a confirmed case of coronavirus or have been told to self-isolate.
Student and keyworker accommodation

- All onsite offices are closed for face-to-face visits. Please contact your site office via phone or email.
- Please let us know if you have a confirmed case of coronavirus or have been told to self-isolate.
