How can I request a translation or communication in an accessible format?
If you or someone you know would like to request a translation or accessible communications format, please get in touch in the following ways:
What if I need a translator?
It’s usually best to ask a family member or friend to translate, if possible, as this will generally be quicker and easier to organise. If that’s not possible then we can provide this service for you, either in a language other than English or sign language.
We provide the following options so that you can speak to us in your preferred language:
using our Language Line service, we can access a translator so that you can speak freely in your own language
we can arrange a two-way phone call between you and a translator
we can also offer help and guidance to our customers, ensuring you can access and use our online services if needed.
