Lord Sugar may not be looking for his next apprentice yet, but we are. In fact, we have four apprentice roles available right now.

Apprenticeship programme 2022

If you’re a school-leaver or looking to change your career, our apprenticeship programme might be just the job for you.

Apprenticeships are a great way to kick-start your career and gain invaluable skills to hold you in good stead for your future.

During a 2-year apprenticeship, you earn while you learn and be part of a generous benefits package. You’ll be working full time and given one day a week to focus on your training.

At the end, you’ll receive a recognised qualification and be ready for your next step in your career. If you’re interested in joining our team, you can apply online.

Benefits of an apprenticeship

  • Gain hands-on experience
  • Get paid to learn
  • Gain industry-recognised qualifications
  • Get a feel for the work environment
  • Improve your employability
  • Enjoy student discounts

Why should you join our apprenticeship programme?

We’ve had 23 apprentices work with us since 2012, and many of them have gone on to secure permanent roles with us and continue to be key parts of our teams.

Here’s what some of our current and recent apprentices had to say:

Bella Allen, Housing apprentice, said: “I’d definitely recommend doing an apprenticeship, because there’s so much more to it. You’re not sitting listening to people go on and on about things – you’re actually out there doing it, and getting paid for it!"

You can read Bella’s full story on our website

Maha Qureshi, Contact Centre apprentice, said: “A2Dominion is attentive and supportive, not just with gaining your qualification, but helping you to gain other skills you need in work life in general. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to apply for it.”

Andreia Cabral, Employment, Training and Education Officer, said: “For me, the apprenticeship was an excellent way to gain access to a company that I wanted to work in and become a valued member of the team. It put me in a strong enough place to get a permanent position.

“It was also a massive learning opportunity as I was surrounded by experienced individuals, who continuously guided and supported me throughout the journey of kickstarting my career.”

Andreia completed a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship in August 2022 as an Apprentice Administrator in the Employment and Enterprise team. Since then, she has secured a permanent role at A2Dominion.

Ryan Herron, Facilities Assistant, said: “My advice to those considering an apprenticeship would be that it is a great stepping stone to building your career and progressing within an ever-changing environment. You get to explore different parts of the business and work alongside others, helping build key skills and develop in the sector.

Ryan completed a level 2 IWFM Facilities Management Apprenticeship in July 2022, as a Facilities Assistant in our Paddington Office. Since completing his training, Ryan secured a permanent role at our Ealing office, taking on new responsibilities and broadening his knowledge of facilities management.
