Our translations service: Everything you need to know

Services

We want everyone to be able to access our accommodation and support services as easily as possible. Did you know we offer a translations service so you can receive communications from us in a format that works for you?

What can you translate?

We translate publications such as our annual report and Home magazine into a range of formats. We can also translate leaflets, letters and anything else you need. If in doubt, please ask.

What formats can you translate into?

Some of the formats we can translate into include:

  • Different languages
  • Large print
  • Braille
  • Audio

If you need a format that we haven’t listed here, please let us know.

What if I need a translator?

It’s best to ask a family member or friend to translate if possible, as this will generally be quicker and easier to organise. If that’s not possible then we can provide this service for you, either in a language other than English or sign language.

How can I request a translation or translator?

To make a request, get in touch with our Customer Contact Centre and let them know what  you are looking for. They’ll arrange translations for you or organise a translator.
