Did you know we can translate into audio?

Services

We’ve just celebrated Deaf Awareness Week and what better time to remind you that we can help you if you need any of our publications translated for you or someone you know.

Translation-service

There are over 10 million people in the UK living with some form of hearing loss. Deaf Awareness Week aims to raise awareness of the isolation that deaf people can occasionally experience and promote the importance of social inclusion and feeling apart of the community around them.

What formats can we translate into?

We can arrange for our publications and communications to be translated into audio. Our website is also designed to be fully accessible, so if you have a screen reader you will be able to use it across the site to get the information you need.

We don’t just translate into audio; we can also organise translations into other formats, including braille, large print or another language. To request a translation, get in touch with our Customer Contact Centre and let them know what sort of translation you are looking for. They’ll arrange that for you and get it sent out to you.
