From 1 April 2021 there’ll be a new company working on the communal areas in and around your building. All our contractors will be in full uniform with clear identification.
Who are the new contractors?
We’ve recently appointed Just Ask, Rose Property, Smarter Services and Chequers to take over the communal cleaning and grounds maintenance on our buildings for 5 years. The contractor for your building will depend on where you live:
- Rose Property Service: Ealing, Hillingdon, Harrow and Oxford
- Chequers: Bromley, Croydon, Hammersmith, Crawley, Enfield and surrounding areas
- Just Ask: Chichester, East Hampshire, Spelthorne, Winchester and Southampton
- Smarter Service: Bristol, Cherwell, Oxford, Hammersmith and Wiltshire
Our Head of Environmental Services, Leon Graham, said, “We’re excited to be working in partnership with these suppliers and to have had an opportunity to meet the team and explain what our expectations are for the contract. We’re confident they’ll be able to deliver to a high standard”.
