Tumble driers
If you own a tumble dryer made by one of the following brands, the manufacturer (Whirlpool) may be recalling it for safety reasons:
- Hotpoint
- Indesit
- Creda
- Swan
- Proline
Your appliance is not affected if it:
- Has a ‘green dot’ sticker in the door area or on the rear of the appliance
- Is under the Whirlpool brand
- Was bought brand new after 1 January 2016
Washing machines
If you own a washing machine made by one of the following brands, the manufacturer (Whirlpool) may be recalling it for safety reasons:
- Hotpoint
- Indesit
Your appliance is not affected if it's under the Whirlpool brand.
