Our Customer Contact Centre will be closed for Christmas on 25-28 December 2020, and then again for New Year’s Day on 1 January 2021. We will reopen on Monday 4 January 2021.

Who do I contact?

For urgent repairs you can contact our out-of-hours provider on 0800 316 9880 from 12pm on Thursday 24 December through to 8:30am Monday 4 January 2021.

You can log non-urgent repairs on our My Account portal.

We’ll be available for urgent queries, non-repair related, from 29–31 December 9am–5pm. You can also contact us using live chat on these days.

We expect to be busy on Monday 4 January 2021. If your query is not urgent, you may want to call later in the week to avoid waiting in a queue.

What if I need to report ASB?

If you need to report anti-social behaviour (ASB) over the festive period, the easiest way to do it is by logging into your My Αccount and raising the issue online.

If you have a serious ASB issue over this period, please report it to the police on 999. If it involves illegal activity like drug abuse, trespassing, violence or vandalism, please report it to the police and don’t attempt to address it yourself.

What else is closed?

Our main and local offices will be closed from 12pm on Thursday 24 December until 8.30am on Monday 4 January 2021.
