Gas safety
Everything in your home that uses gas, like your boiler or cooker, should be fitted and checked by a Gas Safe registered engineer at least once a year.
If you rent your home from us, we’ll arrange this gas safety check for you every year. It usually takes around 40 minutes, and it’s a key part of keeping your home safe and giving you peace of mind.
If you smell gas call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999
