We’re pleased to inform you that we’ve re-opened our offices to our customers to offer you an in-person service.
Our Ealing, Oxford, Staines and Winchester offices have re-opened for customers between 9:00am – 4:30pm daily from Monday – Friday. This will be a combination of appointment-only and drop-in days.
On appointment-only days you’ll be able to visit an office if you’ve pre-arranged to do so with a staff member. On drop-in days you’ll be able to visit one of our offices and speak to staff without making a prior appointment.
The appointment and drop-in days for each office are:
Ealing
- Drop-in: Monday, Wednesday
- Appointment-only: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Oxford
- Drop-in: Wednesday
- Appointment-only: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Staines
- Drop-in: Tuesday, Thursday
- Appointment-only: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Winchester
- Drop-in: Wednesday
- Appointment-only: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Please note that if you visit one of our offices on an appointment-only day without arranging to do so in advance, you won’t be able to see a staff member on that same day. Please make sure that you book an appointment unless you arrive on one of the drop-in days.
