Our Pathways Programme offers a free employment service for A2Dominion customers aged 16 and over. We provide one-on-one support to individuals early in their careers or facing challenges re-entering the workforce.
She worked with Yasmeen Ali, Employment Advisor, to identify the support she needed and explore apprenticeships matching her interests and skills.
Yasmeen helped to refine Fatimah's CV and coached her on effectively showcasing her skills and experiences to potential employers. She also helped with mock interviews and preparing for tough questions.
