We’re here to help if you’re having problems with neighbours, feeling unsafe or worried about someone. We can listen, support you and help you take the right steps. Use this section to:

  • Get help with problems in your neighbourhood

  • Report anti-social behaviour

  • Find support if you’re being harmed or feel unsafe.

If you’re in immediate danger, contact the police on 999.

Problems with neighbours and anti-social behaviour

If someone’s behaviour is affecting you, we can help you deal with it. This could include noise, nuisance or damage to your home or community.

Crime and harassment

If someone’s behaviour is making you feel safe, reporting it quickly helps protect you and your community.

Domestic abuse and safeguarding

If you or someone you know may be at risk, we’re here to help. You do not have to deal with this on your own. We can support you to access safe and confidential help.

What happens when you contact us

When you report a problem or ask for help, we will listen to what is happening and take your concerns seriously. We’ll explain what we can do and agree next steps with you.  We will always aim to help you feel safer and supported.
