Customer consultations

We sometimes ask for your views before making changes that may affect you. Taking part helps us understand the impact on residents and what might need to change.

How we measure your satisfaction

We regularly check how satisfied residents are with our services.

We do this using Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs), which are set by the Regulator of Social Housing. These help show how well we’re doing and where we need to improve.
