How do I get my deposit back?

You need to contact the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) to get your deposit back.

You should have received a letter or email from theĀ Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) when you moved in. They protect your deposit. You don't need the letter to request your deposit back.

If you leave your home clean and in good repair then we'll refund your full deposit. We may take money from your deposit to:

We'll discuss it with you when you move out. Your deposit will be available within 10 days of you moving out. You need to tell DPS how you want it to be paid to you.
