To live in our supported housing you'll need to be over 16 years old with a mild to moderate learning disability and willing to take part in support sessions.

Northgate Place is a secure supported housing scheme for people with mild to moderate learning disabilities.
Winchester railway station and the city's shopping centre are a mile from Northgate Place. The leisure centre is half a mile away, and there is a library nearby. Winchester is between Junction 9 and 10 of the M3 motorway.
There are 9 self-contained 1 bedroom apartments and 3 self-contained 2 bedroom apartments. As a resident you can also use the:
- Communal lounge
- Conservatory
- Communal garden
Support for our residents
There is a scheme manager on site during the week to:
- Deal with repairs
- Put you in touch with agencies that can provide any extra support you need
Out of hours, you can use the 24-hour call system to get urgent help or advice.
Our floating support service can also come to you. A floating support officer can connect you to the right services and help you access funds so that you can stay in your home and live as independently as possible.
- Rent is from £382.86 PCM for a shared apartment and from £475.06 PCM for a self-contained apartment
- We can help you access Universal Credit and any other benefits you may be eligible for. We can also support you with budgeting so that you can keep on top of your rent and other payments.
