1 bedroom apartment - from £936 PCM including utilities (not including Council Tax). Our 1 bedroom apartments are perfect for couples and can accommodate 2 people. Apartments include a bathroom, as well as a lounge and kitchen.

2 bedroom apartments - from £1,237 PCM including utilities (not including Council Tax). Ideal for families these 2 bedroom apartments include an en-suite bathroom, a separate bathroom and a lounge and kitchen.

Who can apply

Key workers

You can apply for a room at Arthur Sanctuary House if you are employed by the NHS. You can also apply if you are a different type of key worker such as a teacher, police officer or firefighter, however we will give priority to NHS employees.

If you are a single person you will not be eligible to rent a 1 bedroom apartment or couples and family accommodation.

You must also have Right to Rent status in the UK.
