You can check your account, report a non-urgent repair or submit an enquiry by visiting our online customer portal, My Account, at any time.
If you smell gas
If you smell gas in your home, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.
Reporting anti-social behaviour (ASB)
If you need to report anti-social behaviour (ASB), the easiest way to do it is by logging onto My Account and raising the issue.
If you have a serious ASB issue over the festive period, such as an illegal activity like drug abuse, trespassing, violence or vandalism, please report it to the police on 999.
