Together, we’ve helped customers improve their wellbeing, access food hubs, get money advice, learn new skills, and find work.
This is part of A2Dominion's wider contribution to social value across the communities we serve. In addition to these community investment initiatives, we also deliver vital homelessness and domestic abuse services. In total, we generated over £19.6 million in social value* last year.
Our latest Community Investment Impact Report shows how these projects are making a positive difference across our neighbourhoods.
Dawn Wightman, A2Dominion’s Director of Customer and Communities, said: “By working with our partners, charities and local groups, we supported thousands of customers last year through a wide range of projects.
“We helped families put food on the table, supported customers into work, and helped them access financial support, including unclaimed benefits and grants from our services, local authorities and partners. We also helped to provide free school shoes and backpacks for children who needed them.”
“These everyday actions make a real difference to our customers. I’m proud of what we’ve achieved and want to thank everyone who helped to make it happen.”
*Social value is a way to quantify how different interventions affect people's lives – the overall impact on people's wellbeing, or their quality of life.
