Dawn Wightman, A2Dominion’s Director of Customer and Communities, said:
“We understand that feeling safe in your home and community is essential. That’s why we’re here to listen, respond quickly, and support you with care, so you know you’re not alone and help is always available when you need it.
“Last year our specialist team worked with our partners, including the police and local councils, to help 565 customers manage a range of issues, such as aggression, harassment, and violence.
“We responded to 97% of reports within 48 hours, making sure customers got support when they needed it most.
“By raising awareness of what ASB is and how to report it, we want to make your communities and homes safer.”
