Are you experiencing Domestic Abuse?

Services

Are you 16-25 years old? Are you experiencing domestic abuse or know someone who might?

Domestic Abuse service Oxfordshire

We’ve recently launched a new service supporting younger people experiencing domestic abuse in Oxfordshire.

What does the service do?

It’s a dedicated service that will work directly with you, whether you’re being abused by your partner, ex-partner or family members. Sometimes you may not quite understand the risk you may be at and what behaviours are considered as abusive.

How can we help?

There are many options that we can offer to support you, which includes:

  • Helping to keep yourself safe
  • Referring you to organisations who could support you further
  • Safe accommodation if you need to escape
  • One-to-one support workers
  • Referring you to support groups that we run

We’ll discuss all options available to you and there is no obligation for you to accept ongoing support from us if you don’t want it.

How can you access the service?

If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic abuse, please get in contact with us via email us. You’ll need permission from the person you want to speak about if you’d  like us to contact them directly. You can also call the Oxfordshire and West Berkshire domestic abuse helpline on 0800 731 0055 which is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm. If someone is imminent danger or you’re concerned for their welfare call 999.
