We’re sharing the details of our opening hours over the festive period.

Contacting our Customer Contact Centre

Our Customer Contact Centre will close at 12 noon on Tuesday 24 December and will reopen at 8:30am on Thursday 2 January.

Emergency repairs

For emergency repairs you can contact our out of hours service on 0800 316 9980 between Tuesday 24 December and Wednesday 1 January.

Online queries

We’ll be operating reduced opening hours on Friday 27 December, Monday 30 December and Tuesday 31 December for online queries.

If your query is not urgent

We expect to be busy on Thursday 2 January 2025. If your query is not urgent, you may want to call the following week to avoid waiting in a queue.

Reporting anti-social behaviour (ASB)

If you need to report anti-social behaviour (ASB), the easiest way to do it is by logging onto our online portal My Account and raising the issue.

If you have a serious ASB issue over the festive period, such as an illegal activity like drug abuse, trespassing, violence or vandalism, please report it to the police on 999.
