A new-look account area is divided into sections to help you view any balances on your account, keep track of any outstanding issues or repairs, update your details or report things.
Forms are a lot easier to use, helping us to get the right information from you first time and passed to our teams quickly.
Your details are much easier to find and edit, and the whole site has been created with the highest standard of accessibility in mind, meaning you can access information from your desktop, mobile phone or tablet.
Looking for a new home? You can even save properties that you like to a shortlist. You can also see your account history, such as completed repairs and payment records. What’s more, if your signed into your account, the help section will give you answers that are personalised to your tenancy type.
How do I access it?
To use our online services, you need to register an account. If you are a resident, we will match the details you enter to your existing account so that you can be given all of the information that is relevant to you.
Already have an online account with us? Not a problem! Just sign in as normal. To ensure our new system is as secure as possible, you may need to reset your password through the ‘Forgot your password?’ link.
If you don’t live in one of our homes you can still have an account to shortlist properties or report issues to us. Simply register you details on the ‘Sign in’ page and tick the box indicating you are not yet a resident.
