This is your chance to have a direct say in the way decisions are made and how services are delivered.
As a panel member, you’ll work with our teams to give feedback on important issues, help influence decisions and review how we’re performing.
You’ll also collaborate with our leadership team to act as a ‘critical friend’ and provide recommendations based on your experiences.
As a panel member you will:
Make recommendations for improvement in areas we need to do better and work with other customers to share ideas and experiences.
Make sure our plans for services and business improvements match what customers need and want.
Ensure customer voice and experience is considered at all stages of service delivery.
Review customer feedback from lots of different places, like surveys and complaints, service improvement groups, and customer scrutiny.
Giving honest opinions and work with our colleagues to make services better and improve customer experience.
Oversee other customer groups to provide feedback and support.
Review our performance to make sure we deliver on what we promised to customers.
Appoint a Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary to help lead the group.

What experience do I need?
You don’t need professional qualifications or experience to join us. You simply need to be an A2Dominion customer. Our customer involvement opportunities are open to all.
