A2Dominion nominated for an anti-social behaviour initiative

17 April 2025 - Home
We were nominated at this year’s National Annual Resolve ASB Awards.

We were nominated for the Exemplary Partnership Award for Early Intervention Meeting, which our Anti-Social Behaviour Resolution Team (ART) initiated and have expanded to more areas. Our ART team was created in November 2023 and has re-shaped how we handle anti-social behaviour complaints from our customers.

The team has implemented a series of new processes, including managing customer expectations from the start, assigning a specialist for every case, and maintaining regular contact with customers.

The team also set up an early intervention group, involving police and other local agencies, to discuss and put in place intervention measures to stop potential incidents of anti-social behaviour or crime before they happen. It’s a model we are replicating across more of our boroughs and will continue to do to help tackle ASB before it becomes serious.

Key highlights from the past year (April 2024 – March 2025), include:

  • Achieving 97% of Service Level Agreement – this is the % of customers we contacted within 48 hours of them reporting an issue

  • The ART supported 565 customers who reported ASB to us

  • The ART closed 414 ASB cases after finding a resolution.

One customer said: “The communication, advice, and effort from your team have been nothing short of wonderful. You have listened to my concerns, understood my situation, and done everything in your power to ensure a safe and successful outcome for me and my children.

“Your commitment and dedication will made a significant difference in our lives and trust in the social housing system. I am truly grateful the entire team for their exceptional support and professionalism. Thank you for making us feel heard and protected.”

A Police Constable from the Safer Neighbourhood Team said: “I have nothing but positive comments about the hard work, commitment and persistency that A2Dominion has provided in relation to a few cases the local policing team have dealt with. If we raised an enquiry this was answered within the 24 hour time frame and the communication has been more than satisfying for the team.”

Following the award ceremony, Kathy Riley, ART Manager at A2Dominion, said: “It was a huge honour to be involved and whilst we didn't win, to receive this kind of recognition from Resolve as a nationwide organisation makes all the hard work worthwhile.”

The ART team is making good progress but we know there is still more work to do to ensure customer voices are heard and cases are picked up at the earliest opportunity.
