Getting in touch with us during the Easter bank holiday

Our Customer Contact Centre will be closed for Easter from 5.30pm on Thursday 28 March and will reopen at 8.30am on Tuesday 2 April.

We expect to be busy after the bank holiday weekend so where possible please use My Account or contact us towards the end of the week if you have a non-urgent repair or query.

Who do I contact?

For urgent repairs, you can contact our out-of-hours provider on 0800 316 9880. During normal office hours, please call us on 0800 432 0077.

You can also log non-urgent repairs via your My Account online portal.

We also have a Live Chat service you can use to speak to a member of our team.

What if I need to report Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB)?

The easiest way to report ASB over Easter is by logging into your My Account online portal and raising the issue online.

If you have a serious ASB issue during this period, please report it to the police on 999. If it involves an illegal activity such as drug abuse, trespassing, violence or vandalism, please report it to the police.
