There are many ways that you can contact us if you have a query or need more information. Let us know what it is you’d like to discuss and we’ll either help you straight away or put you through to the right team.

How to contact us

  • Visit our online portal My Account

  • Call our Customer Contact Centre on 0800 432 0077

  • Drop into one of our offices; Staines (Tuesdays and Thursdays), Ealing (Monday and Wednesdays), Winchester (Wednesdays) and Oxford (Wednesdays). *The Bromley office has now closed.

The Customer Contact Team can help with most enquiries but where they cannot they will refer you to someone who can. This may be to your Neighbourhood Manager, Leasehold Manager or Property and Safety Manager.

Your Leasehold Manager, Property and Safety Manager or Neighbourhood Manager is can support with issues relating to your building.

They’ll be able to:

  • Talk to you over the phone or by video call. Available Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm

  • Arrange an evening appointment between 6-8pm

  • Visit you at home or somewhere else you would prefer

  • Arrange a residents’ meeting either virtually or in person. 

You may see your Leasehold Manager, Property and Safety Manager or Neighbourhood Manager out and about where you live:

  • Carrying out home visits

  • Carrying out estate inspections, which you are welcome to join. For more information, please get in touch

  • Attending local meetings along with partner agencies.

  • Monitoring fire safety outside and within communal areas.

  • Checking gardens are maintained.

  • Working with other teams on projects such as major improvement works and new developments.
