The Customer Contact Team can help with most enquiries but where they cannot they will refer you to someone who can. This may be to your Neighbourhood Manager, Leasehold Manager or Property and Safety Manager.
Your Leasehold Manager, Property and Safety Manager or Neighbourhood Manager is can support with issues relating to your building.
They’ll be able to:
Talk to you over the phone or by video call. Available Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm
Arrange an evening appointment between 6-8pm
Visit you at home or somewhere else you would prefer
Arrange a residents’ meeting either virtually or in person.
You may see your Leasehold Manager, Property and Safety Manager or Neighbourhood Manager out and about where you live:
Carrying out home visits
Carrying out estate inspections, which you are welcome to join. For more information, please get in touch
Attending local meetings along with partner agencies.
Monitoring fire safety outside and within communal areas.
Checking gardens are maintained.
Working with other teams on projects such as major improvement works and new developments.
