When do you reopen?

We reopen at 8:30am on Tuesday 2 January 2024.

Who do I contact in an emergency if the office is closed?

For urgent repairs you can contact our out of hours provider on 0800 316 9880 from 5.30pm on Friday 22 December through to 8:30am on Tuesday 2 January 2024.

You can log non-urgent repairs via your My Account online portal. Our team will be responding to these between Wednesday 27 to Friday 29 December 2023. Our live chat will also be open during this time. 

We expect to be busy on Tuesday 2 January 2024. If your query is not urgent, please call later in the week to avoid waiting in a queue.

What if I need to report anti-social behaviour?

If you need to report anti-social behaviour (ASB) over the festive period, the easiest way to do it is by logging into your My Account online portal and raising the issue online.

If it is a serious ASB issue and involves illegal activity, like drug abuse, trespassing, violence or vandalism, it is important that you report it to the police by calling 999.
