We might take a little longer – your neighbourhood team


Our neighbourhood team is short-staffed at the moment, so we might take longer than usual to respond to your queries.

We’re working hard to get a full team in place as soon as possible.

What does the neighbourhood team do?

Our neighbourhood team deals with queries you might have about anti-social behaviour, mutual exchanges, your tenancy agreement and where you live in general (excluding repairs and your rent account).

Why will it take longer?

For a variety of reasons, our neighbourhood team is currently running at 50%. This means we have fewer people available to help you than we normally would, so we may take longer to return your call or respond to your email.

What if my query is urgent?

If your query is urgent, we will treat it with high priority and respond to you within our standard timeframes.

For everything else, a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for being patient with us during this busy time.
