Our Customer Contact Centre will be closed on this day, in line with usual bank holiday arrangements.
However, if you have an urgent repair request, please contact our out of hours number on 0800 316 9980, and we will be able to help you.
You can log any non-urgent repairs via your My Account online portal.
Our Customer Contact Centre will be open again as usual on Tuesday 20 September at 8:30am.
What if I already have a repair booked?
If you already have a repair booked for Monday 19 September, and it’s not urgent, we’ll be in touch with you to rearrange your appointment.
If your repair is booked in as an urgent repair, then it will go ahead as planned.
