Care in your home

Are you struggling to meet your personal care needs and carry out practical tasks in your own home? We can help you maintain your independence.

How can we help you?

We provide services to adults with a range of needs including physical disabilities, mental health issues and learning disabilities.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and our mission is to provide a quality, personalised service which is caring, responsive, safe, effective and well-led.

  • Home Care (long and short term)

Long term care enables you to stay at home rather than move into alternative accommodation.

Short term care can help you with recovering from illness or injury, returning from hospital and providing the help normally provided by family and friends.

The level of support we can offer will be tailored to your individual needs without taking away your independence.

Our highly trained and rigorously vetted care workers can support you with your personal and practical care needs in a friendly and supportive way.

    The support we offer includes:

    Personal care

    • Washing and showering
    • Personal hygiene and toileting
    • Taking medication
    • Getting dressed

    Daily routine

    • Getting in and out of bed
    • Preparing your meals

    Practical care

    • Shopping
    • Housework
    • Laundry
  • Dementia

Over 800,000 people in the UK have a form of dementia and one in three people over the age of 65 will have the condition. Almost everybody will know someone with dementia.

We can support people with dementia to continue living at home safely and support their families through what can be a challenging and tough time.

Our staff receive specialist dementia training to ensure they can provide the best possible service. We build a relationship with you and always remember that you are a person with aspirations and needs.

  • End of Life Care

Our staff are trained in End of Life Care to enable us to provide an empathetic service during your final days.

It is our goal to respect your choice to remain at home in familiar surroundings with those important to you at your side.

Our staff will be there to provide support in comfort and with dignity for you and your family.

  • Companionship and social activities

It is important for us to meet the holistic needs of an individual, this means not just washing and dressing but looking after their general wellbeing.

    The support we offer includes:

    • Keeping you company
    • Talking with you about your past and future
    • Helping you continue your hobbies and interests
    • Supporting you to go out and about in the community
    • Attending events

Your care, your way

We work together with local authorities, other support providers and, most importantly, you and your loved ones to deliver services built on choice, equality and independence.

We understand that everyone is different, with different needs at different times. We are committed to providing a tailored, flexible care package to help you be safe and live independently.
