NW Bicester

NW Bicester is set to deliver the UK's first eco-town and the only true zero carbon development of its size.

Residential property group A2Dominion, which is the lead developer for the first phase of NW Bicester, were presented with the CEEQUAL Excellent Award on 8th August by Ian Nicholson, CEEQUAL Director and Local Cilr Lynn Pratt, Lead member for economy, regeneration and property at Cherwell District Council.

The scheme is one of just 16 projects worldwide to have been awarded BioRegional's One Planet Community status, while the home also meet code for Sustainable Homes level 5.
