To live in our older people housing you'll need to be over 55 or have a disability, you'll also need to be eligible for a care and support package.

The small selection of 1 bedroom bungalows at Brook House are designed to make it as easy as possible for older people to live independently.
As a resident of Brook House you can relax in the communal lounge, take a stroll in the riverside gardens and be pampered in the on-site hair salon.
Living here, you can take part in a range of social activities, including bingo, card games and events organised by other residents.
Brook House is in West Drayton, close to Junction 15 of the M25. West Drayton train station is 200m away and it's a 10 minute walk to Yiewsley High Street.
Care and support
A dedicated member of our Intensive Housing Management team will check in on you regularly. They can answer your questions, help with any problems and put you in touch with agencies that can provide any extra support you need.
Out of hours, the 24-hour call alarm system gives you access to advice or help if you need it urgently.
Our floating support service can also come to you. A Floating Support Officer can connect you to the right services and help you access funds so that you can stay in your home and live independently.

- We can help you access Universal Credit and any other benefits you may be eligible for. We can also support you with budgeting so that you can keep on top of your rent and other payments.
