We offer a range of classes, clubs, and services to help you and your community be more active, take control of your mental health, eat better or give up smoking, and connect with other people in your community. All of our face-to-face classes are on hold, but we have a bevvy of online events for all ages including dance fitness, yoga, mindfulness session, online tutoring, hobby classes and much more! Earlier this year we launched Togetherall, a free online mental health community for our residents. You can share you problems anonymously, help other people with theirs, get advice and counselling from mental health professionals and access a range of online course and tools to help you manage your mental health.
