Join our meet the Housing Ombudsman event

A2Dominion customers are invited to find out more about the Housing Ombudsman and how they can help you. The Housing Ombudsman investigates complaints and resolves disputes involving the tenants and leaseholders of social landlords.


The event details

  • Date: Thursday 30 November.
  • Time: from 5pm to 6pmre 
  • Type of event: This will be a hybrid event, both in-person (all tickets now allocated), however online tickets are available.

Who will be speaking at the event?

Richard Blakeway, the Housing Ombudsman for England, will speak at the event and explain what the Housing Ombudsman does. You’ll have the chance to ask Richard questions on all aspects of the service. The Chief Executive Officer from A2Dominion will also be on hand to talk to customers.

Individual complaints and cases

The Housing Ombudsman won’t be able to discuss your individual complaint or give you any personal advice or guidance during the event.
