We are in the process of consulting for contracts for our cyclical and other major works and our repairs and maintenance services.

Estate landscape and block cleaning services and insurance service
We have undertaken the first formal stage of consultation and will be looking for expressions of interest from appropriately qualified contractors.
We have written to all those who submitted observation and the information provided is available on the leasehold consultation documents page.
Communal mechanical and electrical equipment (including communal heating systems)
The tendering exercise has been completed and the second formal notice in the consultation process has been served in December 2011. A copy of the notice and the covering letter is available to download on the leasehold consultation documents page. We have also included our consultant’s procurement report which is quite a technical document but it does provide the full details of how we arrived at our proposals. We also appreciate that the initial consultation letter is now more than two years old so we have made these letters available to download for ease of reference, we hope this is helpful.
Other services that we have served notices about in September 2009 which we are still dealing with are:
- Door entry, CCTV and security systems
- Warden call systems
- Water hygiene and distribution systems
We expect to be inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors early in 2012.
